But a lot of times we are feeling unmotivated, tired, or too busy. The reality is there will always be an excuse, not to work out, at every stage of our lives. But moving your body on a regular basis is so important! If you want to have a strong, mobile, flexible, stable body for as long as possible, and into your old age, routine exercise needs to be part of your lifestyle. Exercise is for everyone. So there’s going to be times where you don’t want to work out, but working out needs to be part of your weekly schedule. This episode will discuss the realities of working out on a regular basis, the obstacles we come up against, and gives you some ideas of how to make exercise part of your own lifestyle

There’s pride in saying that you go to the gym in the morning. It can feel nice to get your workout out of the way first thing. It is also hard to get up early and carve out that time, when mornings can be busy to begin with. Thankfully, morning is not the only time that you can get a workout in. Maybe morning is the only time that you specifically can get movement in, but if you have other options, afternoon and evening workouts count the same as 5 AM gym session.
